When you purchase a casket from the American Casket, we will work very closely with your funeral director. We call the funeral home of your choice and make all the casket delivery arrangements. Just one call to American Casket, and we will be glad to do all the rest for your family.

Sales and Shipping Policy
We offer free delivery to most areas of the country, there may be a surcharge for some rural & Saturday deliveries (if available). Orders placed during the weekends are considered Monday orders. Sales tax will be assessed based upon the sales tax for the city/state a casket is delivered, or where the casket is shipped from. Prices are subject to change without any prior notice. American Casket is not liable and shall be held harmless for any shipment delays due to inclement weather, acts of god, acts of war, governmental action, work stoppages, cargo refusal and/or carrier delays.

American Casket will not be responsible for any consequential, emotional, incidental, and /or indirect damages arising out of any breach of this express Warranty of for any warranties implied by law,including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose,which are hereby expressly disclaimed. To the extend that state or federal law does not allow for the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequences damages, or exclusion or limitations on implied warranties or how long they last, the above limitations may not applied to you.
